We have started our venture “G S Associates” in 2017 to serve the Investment Casting Industry. The promoters of our company have a combined experience of more than 20 years in the Investment Casting industry.
Along with the our Shell System products we also provide complete technical support to implement and maintain our slurry system.
GSA is currently one of the largest supplier of shelling system to more than 40 customers.

ZIRCON Flour and Sand – For Prime Coat slurry and stucco
POLYBOND PRIME – Polymer enhanced binder formulation for Prime Coat.
POLYBOND BACKUP– Polymer enhanced binder formulation for Intermediate and Backup slurry
HPF I – High-performance flour fused silica blend for Investment Casting Intermediate and back-up slurries.
HPF II F – High-performance flour fused silica blend containing organic fiber for Investment Casting back-up slurries.
GSA Antifoam 2 – Water dilutable emulsion designed to control foam in water based slurry systems.
FUSED SILICA – Supplied in different particle sizes for slurry and stucco application for Investment Casting shells .
Mullite 45 – We offer high quality mullite sand 50/100, 30/50 & 16/30 for PIC customers .
