GSA Intermediate Coat
GSA Intermediate Slurry is composed of HPF – a High-Performance Fused Silica Flour Blend, PolybondBackup – a Polymer-Enhanced Colloidal Silica Binder, and Fused Silica Stucco.The intermediate slurry plays a crucial role in ensuring a smooth transition from the prime coat to secondary coats, effectively
preventing scabbing and spalling in parts susceptible to these defects.

- Very low coefficient of thermal expansion & Low thermal conductivity
- Superior Heat Resistance & Chemical Resistance
- Pure (99.80 %S iO2 content, low Fe, Na, K & Ti)
- Crystallinity (Quartz+Tridymite+Cristoblite) 0.1% Max.
Polybond Backup
- Polybond Backup is a polymer-enhanced colloidal silica binder formulation designed for intermediate and backup slurry in investment casting.
- It enables rapid shell formation, enhances green-stage strength for improved handling, and accelerates the drying process.
GSA 6570
GSA 6570 is an anionic organic surfactant designed for use in investment casting slurries.
